This is a professional sales role focused on helping homeowners make informed decisions while developing your communication and leadership abilities. Connect with homeowners to understand their needs Guide customers through inspections and product options Present solution-focused recommendations Participate in weekly coaching and mentorshipEARNINGS AND ADVANCEMENT
First Month:
$5,000 to $8,000 through training, performance-based bonuses, and uncapped commission After 90Days:
$10,000+ per month for consistent performersExperienced Representatives:
$12,000 to $20,000+ per monthSales Leaders and Territory Owners:
