- Door-to-Door Outdoor LED Sales Representative
- and take control of your income while transforming communities one conversation at a time!
- Conduct daily door-to-door outreach in targeted territories to generate high-quality leads and close sales on premium outdoor LED lighting systems.
- Deliver engaging, in-person product demonstrations and consultations that highlight energy efficiency, long-term cost savings, durability, and aesthetic benefits.
- Build and maintain a strong personal pipeline by qualifying prospects, overcoming objections, and closing deals on the spot or through timely follow-ups.
- Manage your own territory like a business owner — prospecting, scheduling appointments, tracking results, and maximizing daily sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on financing options, installation processes, and available rebates or incentives.
- Collaborate with the installation and customer success teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and high customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on competitor offerings, market trends, and product updates to position yourself as a trusted lighting expert in your area. ### What We're Looking For
- Proven success in door-to-door, outside, or field sales (lighting, home improvement, solar, roofing, or similar industries preferred).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently in the field — you love meeting new people and turning "no" into "yes."
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and present value confidently.
- Competitive spirit and a results-driven mindset with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work flexible hours (including some evenings and weekends).
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is a plus; tech-savvy candidates who can quickly learn our sales platform will excel.
- Prior knowledge of LED lighting or electrical products is advantageous but
