Door-to-Door Appointment Setter — Fortress Siding Lancaster / York / Lebanon County, PA | Part-Time | $15/hr + Commission About the Role Fortress Siding is a fast-growing exterior remodeling company serving homeowners across Central PA. We're hiring Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to knock residential neighborhoods, introduce Fortress Siding, and book in-home estimate appointments for our sales team. This is a high-earning field role for people who are self-motivated, comfortable talking to strangers, and want their paycheck to reflect their effort — not just their hours. What You'll Do Knock doors in assigned residential neighborhoods Introduce Fortress Siding and identify homeowners interested in siding, windows, or exterior upgrades Book in-home estimate appointments for our sales consultants Track your activity and report results daily Pay Structure $15/hr base pay (guaranteed while you're working) $200 bonus for every appointment that sits for a bid (homeowner is home, consult happens) $300 bonus for every appointment that results in a signed contract A rep hitting 1 demo per shift takes home $74+/hr all-in. Strong performers earn significantly more.

Schedule Part-time:
