In this role, you'll connect with homeowners and set appointments for exterior home improvement projects. We're on track to reach $15M in revenue next year, and our sales team plays a critical role in that success. What You'll Do Engage with homeowners in pre-selected territories within an hour of our Pittsburgh office Build rapport and generate interest in our exterior home improvement services Set free in-home consultation appointments for our outside sales team Represent a trusted, established brand with premium products Represent the company at home shows, trade shows, and exposWork outdoors while staying active and meeting new people daily Use this role as a pathway into sales or management opportunities within the company What You'll Earn Base pay + multiple bonuses + uncapped commissions Bonuses paid daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually Total compensation: $48,000
