As an Acquisitions Associate, you'll be responsible for identifying potential sellers, building relationships, negotiating offers, and helping facilitate real estate transactions. We provide the training, systems, and mentorship needed to succeed. Whether you have prior sales experience or are looking to break into the industry, we're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a drive to win. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to property owners and prospective sellers Build rapport and maintain professional communication with leads Gather information about properties and seller motivations Negotiate offers and follow up with prospective clients Manage and update lead information within company systems Collaborate with team members to move deals through the acquisition process Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions Consistently meet performance and activity goals What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Competitive attitude with a desire to succeed Coachable and willing to learn Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable speaking with people over the phone Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience preferred but not required: Sales experience Customer service experience Call center experience Real estate experience Negotiation experience Business development or lead generation experience We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
