This role is your launchpad into six-figure roofing sales. What You'll Do Visit pre-qualified homes with visible roof damage ( no random knocking ) Have friendly, professional conversations with homeowners Offer free, professional roof inspections Set qualified appointments for our sales team No closing. No high-pressure sales.

Your role is simple:

have great conversations and book quality appointments. Compensation (Uncapped Commission) Top first-year reps: $60,000

• 90,000 Top performers: $100,000+ No cap on earnings
