Your sole focus is to engage face-to-face with Twin Cities homeowners and schedule appointments for our exterior restoration experts. Responsibilities Canvas residential neighborhoods across the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs. Engage with homeowners regarding their exterior needs (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and decks). Identify qualified prospects and schedule consultations for our sales team. Manage your own schedule to meet your personal income goals. Log appointment data accurately using our field tracking tools. Skills Self-motivated, disciplined mindset necessary for 1099 independent work. Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly demeanor. Physical stamina to walk outdoor neighborhoods in various Minnesota weather conditions.
