The Tutoring Company , an established educational services provider with an 18-year track record of student success, is expanding its footprint into the high-growth, premier neighborhoods of South and West Orlando (Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Winter Garden, and Lake Nona) . We are not looking for traditional employees. We are seeking an entrepreneurial Local Growth Partner to serve as our boots-on-the-ground brand ambassador. Partnership Works:
Your Role (Growth & Relationships): You are the local face of the brand. You leverage your community connections, network with local public and private schools/PTAs, execute face-to-face marketing, and handle initial parent inquiries to enroll families across Windermere, Winter Garden, Dr. Phillips, and Lake Nona. Our Role (The Operational Engine): We handle everything else. We recruit, background-check, train, schedule, and pay the tutors. We manage the website infrastructure, deploy hyper-local SEO campaigns, optimize the Google Business Profile, handle client billing, and run backend administration. Compensation & Earning Potential:
This is a 1099 contract partnership built on a transparent, highly lucrative transactional payout model. You earn a flat rate for every single instructional hour billed in your exclusive territory, paid out monthly: Virtual Sessions:
$7.50 per hour In-Person Sessions:
$10.00 per hour In-Home Sessions:

If your territory builds a baseline of 50 active students averaging 1.5 hours of tutoring per week (75 total weekly hours), your estimated monthly recurring payout is $3,000 - $3,500+ for flexible, relationship-based community outreach. Because there is no cap on your territory's growth, your earning potential scales directly with your local networking efforts, especially inside these fast-growing, high-demand suburban communities. Deep, established ties to the Windermere, Winter Garden, Dr. Phillips, or Lake Nona communities (e.g., current or former educators, active PTA/PTO leaders, booster club organizers, or well-connected parent advocates). Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build trust with local families. An entrepreneurial mindset—you want the freedom and upside of running a business without the financial risk, overhead, or administrative headaches of starting from scratch.
