Aurum Wireless is hiring MDU Sales Representatives to represent AT&T and Verizon inside apartment complexes, new developments, and residential communities. You will generate sales through on-site events, door-to-door outreach within properties, and relationship building with property managers . This role is ideal for someone who wants consistent daily opportunities, strong earning potential, and a structured sales environment . About Aurum Wireless Aurum Wireless is a rapidly growing telecom broker partnered with major providers including AT&T, Verizon, and Xfinity . We operate across multiple markets and are expanding our MDU footprint throughout the Twin Cities and beyond. What You'll Be Doing MDU & Event Sales Set up and run events inside apartment communities Engage residents in common areas, leasing offices, and during move-ins Conduct door-to-door outreach within assigned properties Sales Execution Present AT&T and Verizon wireless and internet solutions Identify savings opportunities and recommend the best fit Close new accounts and schedule installs Relationship Building Build relationships with property managers and leasing teams Coordinate event days and maximize resident engagement Maintain a consistent presence in assigned communities Pipeline & Activity Track leads, follow-ups, and installs Maintain consistent daily activity levels Hit weekly and monthly sales targets Earnings Potential $80,000-$110,000 (meeting baseline performance) $120,000-$160,000+ (strong performance) Higher earnings possible for top producers Requirements Sales experience preferred (retail, D2D, events, or B2C) Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working in apartment communities and engaging residents Self-motivated and able to manage daily activity Reliable transportation Work Environment Field-based role (not remote) Work inside apartment communities, leasing offices, and events Flexible schedule aligned with peak resident traffic times What We Provide Access to AT&T and Verizon products Consistent MDU locations and event opportunities Marketing materials and event support Sales training and leadership support Advancement opportunities as we expand Growth Opportunity Opportunity to move into MDU Team Lead or Sales Manager roles Ability to help expand into new properties and markets Long-term growth within a multi-partner telecom organization Why This Role High foot traffic = consistent sales opportunities Less cold prospecting compared to traditional D2D Strong earning potential with daily deal flow Growing company with expansion opportunities
