Operations & Outreach Assistant

About Us We are a dynamic, multi-faceted operation running an independent insurance agency, a nationwide handmade jewelry e-commerce business, and a blooming local non-profit community organization. Operating out of a lively home office filled with pets and family, we handle everything from community outreach to nationwide shipping. We are looking for a reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated assistant to grow with us.

Position Overview Type:

Part-Time/starting at 24 hours per week. Initially temporary, with strong potential to transition into full-time permanent)

Wage:

$16.00 / hour + $5.00 per lead incentive for community outreach

Location:

Chubbuck/Pocatello area (In-home office and local community outreach). Once proficiency with our online programs has been confirmed there will be days you can work from your own home as long as you have a good internet connection.

What You Will Do:

Community Outreach:

Conduct local prospecting and door-to-door community engagement to generate leads.

Administrative Support:

Answer phones, manage digital files, and keep operations organized.

Tech Tasks:

Utilize computers daily for data entry, communication, and business workflows.

Daily Variety:

Assist across the insurance agency, handmade jewelry shipping, and non-profit development.

Home Environment Interaction:

Work comfortably in a home environment alongside our family and multiple friendly pets. There will be some tasks that involve light housekeeping duties. Due to the sensitive nature of insurance operations, as well as the home environment, you will be required to pass a background check before starting.
