Full-time | Field + Remote (hybrid) Overview Cascade Property Group is a local Dallas-Fort Worth real estate company focused on helping homeowners navigate difficult situations. Many of the people we speak with are facing foreclosure, inherited property challenges, financial hardship, problem tenants, or homes that need significant repairs. Our goal is to provide respectful, transparent options that make the process easier and help sellers move forward. We prioritize empathy, integrity, and professionalism in every conversation, and we're looking for team members who genuinely care about helping people while generating qualified opportunities for our sales team. We're looking for a highly motivated Lead Manager to generate qualified seller leads through door knocking and cold calling. Your primary responsibility is outbound outreach and appointment setting. You'll identify homeowners who meet our criteria, build rapport, and schedule qualified appointments for our acquisitions/sales team. This is a performance-driven role for someone who is hardworking, resilient, empathetic, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people daily. Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door outreach to homeowners in targeted areas Make outbound cold calls to homeowners from provided lists Qualify prospects using company criteria Build rapport and handle objections professionally Set qualified appointments for acquisitions/sales team Track outreach, notes, and outcomes in CRM Follow up with warm prospects via phone and text Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPI targets Provide feedback from the field on lead quality and messaging Maintain professional and respectful communication at all times Requirements Must live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Comfortable with door knocking and cold calling daily Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly empathetic and good with people Self-motivated and disciplined (minimal supervision) Resilient and able to handle rejection Consistently meets KPIs and performance expectations Organized and detail-oriented Responds well to coaching, feedback, and accountability Tech-comfortable (CRM, dialing software, routing softwares, etc.) Training will be provided as well Preferred (Not Required) Door-to-door sales experience Cold calling experience Real estate experience Appointment setting experience Spanish speaking (bonus) Compensation Structure 10-99Position Base:
$2,500 per monthCommission:
