Roofing & Home Improvement Salesperson

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Roofing & Home Improvement Salesperson to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales and roofing, a customer-focused mindset, and a drive to succeed. You will be responsible for following up with company provided leads, conducting on-site visits, providing assistance of filing and educating clients on insurance claims, and guiding clients through the roofing and home improvement process. Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site visits with clients to assess roofing needs. Follow up with company provided leads to close deals. Take photos of roofs, when possible, to assist with project assessments. Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients. Educate clients on roofing solutions, insurance claims, materials, and financing options. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Coordinate with the office to determine find pricing of project. Close sales and meet or exceed revenue targets. Qualifications Experience in roofing sales or a strong background in construction/home improvement sales. Familiar with filing and understanding insurance claims process' is a plus not required Ability to detect roofing issues and assess repair/replacement needs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be able to show up to work daily and be dependable. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Bilingual (any language) is a plus but not required. What We Offer $45,000 base salary plus commission (unlimited earning potential). A steady stream of company-provided leads to help you succeed.
