Job Description

This is a commission‑only opportunity for high‑ticket closers. The focus would be residential roof and construction needs. We believe that sales does not have to be pushy or manipulative in order to perform. Trust, education, and fitting the customer's needs are the ways we see fit for relationship‑first practices. Several prospecting methods can be used, such as door knocking, social media, networking groups, existing relationships, and hosting meetings, among others. Roof inspections would be part of the role; however, project management and completion of the work are not. This allows you to focus on your skillset in sales. First weeks would be assisting and understanding roof repairs.
