We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sales Canvasser. In this role, you'll be the engine behind our growth. You'll connect directly with homeowners, introduce them to our permanent smart lighting solutions, and help them reimagine how their home looks, feels, and celebrates year-round. This is a high-energy, face-to-face sales role built for people who enjoy being outside, talking to new people, and seeing immediate results from their effort. Why Brytr? What You'll Do Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach . Educate customers on Brytr's smart lighting systems and current promotions. Build trust quickly and confidently guide conversations toward a close. Capture leads and coordinate next steps with the scheduler. Represent Brytr with professionalism and a five-star customer experience mindset.

What You Bring Experience :

Consistent work history. Experience as a door-to-door sales representative, Canvasser, Brand Ambassador, or similar role.

Skills:

Strong communication and confidence in face-to-face conversations. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Resilient you can handle rejection and keep going. Organized follow-through on leads and customer interactions. A natural ability to build rapport quickly.

Ability:

A valid driver's license. The ability to pass a felony/misdemeanor background check and motor vehicle record check. Ability to work the majority of the shift on your feet going door-to-door.
