COMMISSION. FED LEADS. NO CAP.
This is NOT entry-level door knocking. This is the step up. You get fed pre-set appointments. You close deals other reps had to knock for. You're on a fast-track to leadership. We've always promoted into this seat from the inside. This is the first time we're opening it to outside talent. Come in proven and you skip the line.
THE MONEY
Commission-only with appointments handed to you — real decision makers, already interested, already on the calendar. You run the appointment. You close. You get paid. The harder you go, the bigger the check. No ceiling. We're a hail-damage repair company that follows the storms. Our top closers clear multiple six figures in a season. This Fort Worth, TX seat is open to ONE rep who can sit across from a potential customer and earn their trust on the spot.
WHAT YOU GET

WHAT YOU'LL DO
— Run pre-set appointments and CLOSE — Hybrid hustle: appointments are full, you run them. Appointments are light, you knock and create your own. You never sit idle. You make money either way. — Inspect vehicles, explain the damage simply, and get the owner to "yes." — Potential to travel and follow the storms if proven. Housing provided on the road.
WHO YOU ARE
— You have sales experience. Required. Door-to-door preferred, but car sales, solar, retail closing, or any commission-heavy background works if you can sell. — You speak well, build rapport, and close. — You're competitive, money-motivated, and you don't need a manager over your shoulder. — You're hungry for a step up and ready to prove you belong at the top.
