Senior Roofing Sales/Estimator

Whether you're experienced in roofing or new to the industry, we give you everything you need to succeed: training, tools, leads, and a back-office team that handles production so you can focus entirely on selling. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Knock doors and canvass neighborhoods to generate leads and build your own book of business Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage, wear and tear, and repair opportunities Meet with homeowners face-to-face, assess their needs, and present tailored roofing solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business Track all sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to sharpen your skills

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive Professional appearance and communication Preferred (not required): Experience in roofing sales, direct sales, or insurance Familiarity with insurance claims and the supplement process Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
