Solar account manager/ sales

We are looking for a solar knowledge sales account manager to drive our business to business strategy. We are a solar company specializing in detach and reset work, along with warranty and service work. Employee would be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with companies like roofers and realtors, and managing the work flow from those businesses. Pay comes with an hourly base plus commission for every panel per job sold. For example you sign on a roofer and they have 3 detach and reset jobs they need done with a total of 120 panels, you would have a base salary of $18/hour + $4 per panel x120 just from that addition. $10 commission on each extended service plan sold. Our success has been built on honesty and integrity so we are not looking for fast talking high pressure sales, or someone who will promise the world just to get the sale.
