Roofing Sales Consultant - Up to $180,000+ (Remote, Must be Chicago area-Based) Hiring via LakeShore Hire for a high-growth, purpose-driven roofing contractor in Chicago. Up to $180,000+ earning potential (uncapped commission + bonuses). Fully remote, flexible schedule (must live in the Chicago area). Warm leads provided. No door-knocking. No climbing roofs. A dedicated inspections team handles all on-site visits. How Your Leads Work You focus on selling - not chasing cold prospects or doing inspections. The company generates leads through marketing, referrals, and targeted campaigns in high-demand neighborhoods. A separate team pre-qualifies homeowners and schedules roof inspections. A dedicated field team performs the on-site inspections, takes photos, and gathers all technical details. You step in as the closer: present solutions, walk through options, and finalize the agreement with the homeowner. What You'll Be Doing Running scheduled sales appointments (phone, video, or in-home) with pre-qualified homeowners. Presenting proposals based on completed inspections and turning them into signed projects. Following up with warm leads and past customers to maximize your pipeline. Managing your calendar and pipeline in a high-support, high-performance environment. No ladders, no measuring, no crawling on roofs - that's handled by another team.
