Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods through door-to-door canvassing Clearly communicate the benefits of Pella's products and services, focusing on window and door replacement solutions Educate potential customers about the free in-home consultation and what to expect during their appointment Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with a Pella in-home remodeling consultant Record and maintain accurate information on homeowner interactions using company-provided tools or software Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting goals Represent the Pella brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity at all times Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and best practices Follow company safety and compliance guidelines while working in the field Provide feedback to management on homeowner responses, lead quality, and neighborhood conditionsRequirements:
Qualifications:
