Job Description
Roofing Sales Representative Raptor Roofing Build a career, not just a job. Raptor Roofing is looking for motivated, coachable, and hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Roofing Sales Representatives. Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking for a new opportunity, we'll provide the training, support, and mentorship needed to help you succeed. In this role, you'll meet directly with homeowners, inspect properties for storm-related damage, educate customers on their roofing and restoration options, and help guide them through the process from inspection to project completion. What You'll Do Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing, referrals, networking, and community outreach. Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and properties for storm-related damage. Educate customers on roofing systems, restoration options, and the insurance claims process when applicable. Schedule inspections and assist homeowners throughout the restoration process. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up. Track leads, appointments, and project progress using company CRM software. Negotiate and secure contracts in accordance with company guidelines. Represent Raptor Roofing professionally and provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the project. What We're Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older . Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Strong communication and people skills. Positive attitude, self motivation, and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods. Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections after training. Previous experience in sales, customer service, construction, roofing, or home improvement is a plus, but not required . Compensation Commission Based Position with Performance Bonuses There is no cap on earnings. Your income is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and performance.
