This is a fast-paced, people-first role for someone who thrives on connecting with others and getting things done. Key Responsibilities Organize and execute door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and text outreach Recruit, train, and manage volunteers Build relationships with community leaders and local organizations Track voter data and engagement using campaign tools Assist with event planning and on-the-ground logistics Represent the campaign professionally in the community Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with high energy and follow-through Comfortable working evenings and weekends Passion for public service and community engagement Prior campaign or organizing experience is a plus, but not required What Success Looks Like Growing and activating a reliable volunteer base Consistent voter contact and follow-up Strong presence and reputation in the district
