Part-time, Contract What You'll Do Canvass:

Knock doors and engage

Tennesseans Phone Bank:

Call Tennesseans using provided scripts (can be done remotely)

Educate & Persuade:

Communicate key issue-based messages clearly and effectively

Track Data:

Record and file responses and interactions What We're Looking For Strong in-person communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Transportation to and from canvassing locations Willingness to work evenings and weekends (as requested) Campaign or outreach experience is a plus, not required Requirements and Compensation Flexible scheduling options with an expected commitment of approximately 30 hours per week Attendance at a one-hour, paid training session Compensation of $2,000 per month for individuals participating in door-knocking and phone-banking activities Field Assignment Locations Canvassing locations will include Roane, Rhea, McMinn, Meigs, Bledsoe, and Van Buren Counties OR Sumner, Dickson, Cheatham, and Williamson Counties • Travel to assigned locations may be required, depending on campaign needs • Travel time to and from assigned canvassing locations will count toward the weekly required hours Application Instructions To apply, please send a PDF of your resume via email to trent@tnfieldstrategies.com.
