Job Description
Earn $75,000-$150,000+ Per Year High Steep Roofing is one of Tennessee's growing roofing companies, and we're looking for motivated individuals who want to build a successful career in outside sales with unlimited earning potential. No roofing experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed. Responsibilities Generate leads through neighborhood outreach and networking Schedule and conduct free roof inspections for homeowners Educate customers on roofing solutions and the insurance claims process Build and maintain strong customer relationships Manage projects from initial inspection through completion Follow up with prospects and close sales opportunities Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Comfortable working outdoors and meeting new people Sales experience is preferred but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation and Benefits Average commission of $1,500-$2,000+ per project Uncapped earning potential Top performers earn six-figure incomes Comprehensive training program Career advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Why Join High Steep Roofing?
