You will:

Prospect neighborhoods and generate qualified roofing opportunities. Perform roof inspections and explain findings clearly. Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process. Coordinate projects from signed agreement through completion while maintaining strong communication. You'll also receive ongoing mentorship, ride-alongs, and weekly coaching designed to help you improve your skills and confidence. Earnings and Career Path Strong first-year performers: $80,000 to $110,000 annually Experienced producers: Earnings increase with production and consistency.
