This is part-time - you start around 15 hours/week and can grow to 30 hours/week as you prove out. It fits around school, another job, or family, and it's a low-risk way to find out if field sales is for you while actually getting paid to learn. What you'll do: Work an assigned Houston-area neighborhood, talking to homeowners about their windows and doors Ability to stand, walk extensively outdoors, and work flexible hours Engage with homeowners courteously, explaining the obvious stuff - old windows, foggy glass, and drafty rooms Generate interest and set qualified appointments for our in-home consultants Represent GlassHaus professionally like a pro: clean, on-time, straight with people Who does well here: Good communication skills with the ability to listen actively Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts Retail, hospitality, or customer service Delivery, trades, or any outdoor/on-your-feet work Experience in door-to-door canvassing or fundraising is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided Why GlassHaus over other field jobs: Real hourly base. Most "high-earning" field jobs are commission-only or a thin draw. Ours isn't. High-ticket product. Windows and doors are a real purchase - your appointments lead to real jobs, so your commission means something. A path that's actually built.
