We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as In-Store Scheduling & Marketing Representatives engaging with customers in national home improvement retail stores generating appointments for our home services team.

Hours worked must be
PRODUCTIVE
hours-generating appointments each shift Hours are managed accordingly Qualifications What You Need Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills Experience generating appointments face to face by approaching customers: Door to Door or Business to Business Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers in a retail environment 2 years exper preferred (not required) Ability to stand and walk during shifts Weekend and some holiday availability Reliable transportation Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law For questions about the role, you may contact our management team at 713-204-7373 •This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
