Duties Approach residents and business owners door-to-door to introduce our organization's mission and offerings with confidence and professionalism Engage in active canvassing to generate interest, answer questions, and gather feedback from community members Promote specific campaigns or initiatives through persuasive communication and effective storytelling Identify potential supporters or clients, and schedule follow-up meetings or appointments as needed Maintain accurate records of interactions, including contact information and campaign responses Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and share insights on community engagement Adhere to safety guidelines and local regulations during canvassing activities to ensure a positive experience for all parties Qualifications Previous experience in supervising teams or leading outreach efforts is a plus but not required Strong background in marketing, sales, customer service, or telemarketing enhances effectiveness in this role Bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse communities effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build rapport quickly Experience in canvassing or door-to-door sales is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay motivated, and handle rejection positively Reliable transportation and the physical stamina to walk extensively during shifts are essential Join us as a Door-to-Door Canvasser and become a vital part of our mission-driven team!
