High-Earning Sales Opportunity | Home Improvement & Storm Restoration Radical Restoration is growing, and we are looking for a driven, competitive, people-focused Restoration Specialist to join our team. This is not a desk job. This is a field-based, high-performance sales role for someone who enjoys meeting homeowners, building relationships, solving problems, and creating real income through effort, consistency, and follow-through. Radical Restoration helps homeowners restore and improve their homes through exterior and interior remodeling services, including roofing, siding, gutters, storm damage restoration, flooring, windows, doors, and renovation solutions. We are expanding our reach throughout Southern/Central Maryland and the Northern Virginia market and are looking for the right person to help us grow. What You'll Do As a Restoration Specialist, you will be the front-line relationship builder and revenue producer for Radical Restoration. You will meet homeowners, inspect properties, educate clients, generate new opportunities, and close projects.

This role includes:

Generating your own leads through canvassing, networking, referrals, follow-up, and local relationship building Meeting with homeowners for inspections and in-home consultations Educating clients on roofing, siding, gutters, storm restoration, remodeling, financing, and project options Building referral relationships with realtors, insurance agents, property managers, HOA contacts, and local business owners Presenting solutions confidently and closing signed agreements Using photos, videos, software, and documentation tools to support inspections and project handoffs Staying active in the field and maintaining consistent follow-up with prospects and customers Representing Radical Restoration professionally in the community and online This position is built for someone who is comfortable prospecting, talking to people, handling objections, and creating opportunity instead of waiting for it. Qualifications 3+ years of B2C sales experience preferred Home improvement, construction, roofing, siding, remodeling, solar, pest control, or door-to-door sales experience preferred Strong communication and closing skills Valid driver's license required Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting residential properties High school diploma or GED required Must be self-motivated, organized, and accountable Schedule Monday through Saturday availability required.
