Job Description

FLEXIBLE HOURS. REAL MONEY. ACTUALLY USEFUL EXPERIENCE.
This isn't a unpaid internship or a $15/hr campus job. This is a commission-based canvassing role where your effort directly determines your paycheck, and the skills you build translate to any sales, business, or client-facing career.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Walk neighborhoods, talk to homeowners, and set up free roof inspections for storm damage. A trained closer handles the full sale. You focus on the conversation.

PAY STRUCTURE
$20/hr during training + $100/day base pay $150 per signed inspection agreement $500 when that job closes W2 with commissions Realistic income: $60,000 to $100,000+ annualized. Work it part-time around class and still out-earn most campus jobs.
TERRITORY
Loudoun County, Winchester, Manassas, Woodbridge, and surrounding areas within 40 miles of Reston.
