Job Description

YOU DON'T NEED A DEGREE FOR THIS. YOU NEED DRIVE.
No college? No problem. Half the people making six figures in this industry never set foot in a classroom after high school. What matters here is showing up, learning fast, and being willing to knock on doors.
WHAT THE JOB IS
You walk storm-affected neighborhoods, talk to homeowners, and set up free roof inspections. A trained closer handles the sale from there. Your job is the conversation, and we teach you exactly how to have it.
WHAT YOU GET FROM DAY ONE
$20/hr during paid training + $100/day base $150 every time a homeowner signs an inspection agreement $500 when that deal closes Realistic first-year income: $60,000 to $100,000+ NO
EXPERIENCE NEEDED. NO DEGREE NEEDED.
We don't care where you went to school. We care whether you show up, listen, and improve. If you've got that, we've got the rest.
SCHEDULE
Tuesday through Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM Must be 18+. Vehicle not required.
TERRITORY
Loudoun County, Winchester, Manassas, Woodbridge, and surrounding areas within 40 miles of Reston.
