YOU KNOW HOW TO WORK. NOW WORK SMARTER.
If you've spent time in construction, landscaping, HVAC, or any trade, you already understand roofs, weather damage, and homeowners better than most people walking through our door. That's a real advantage here. This role is canvassing, not installation. You walk neighborhoods, identify storm damage, and get homeowners signed up for a free inspection. The install crew and sales team handle everything else.

PAY STRUCTURE
$20/hr during training + $100/day base pay $150 per signed inspection agreement $500 when the job closes W2 with commissions Realistic first-year income: $60,000 to $100,000+ YOU
DO NOT NEED TO
Climb roofs Do any installation work Close sales
SCHEDULE
Tuesday through Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM Must be 18+.
TERRITORY
Loudoun County, Winchester, Manassas, Woodbridge, and surrounding areas within 40 miles of Reston.
