Position Overview This is NOT aggressive door-to-door sales. As a Neighborhood Marketing Canvasser, your job is to help build visibility and generate leads in neighborhoods where our crews are already working.

You'll:

distribute door hangers help create neighborhood awareness speak with homeowners when opportunities arise help generate estimates for our services This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors, and interacting with people. Responsibilities Distribute door hangers in targeted neighborhoods Walk neighborhoods near active job sites Professionally engage with homeowners Help generate estimate opportunities Assist with placing/removing yard signs Track neighborhoods covered and leads generated Represent Rusty's Window Cleaning professionally at all times Schedule This position primarily works: Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Typical shifts are: Afternoon and early evening hours Additional hours may be available during peak season. CompensationBase Pay $18-$20 per hour PLUS Performance Bonuses Bonuses for booked jobs Bonuses for neighborhood goals Additional incentives for high-performing leads Top performers have strong earning potential through bonuses and advancement opportunities.
