Job Description

PROFESSIONAL HOME ORGANIZER

GIG OPPORTUNITY
$25-$28/hr | Commission & Growth Opportunities Available We are seeking an experienced, polished professional organizer for both low-end and high-end residential and/or business organizing projects. This is a gig-based role (not part-time) with serious potential for growth into coordinator-level positions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
— Proven experience in organizing (must send photo evidence -- your own home is acceptable ) — Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work — Excellent face-to-face communication and people skills — Professional, warm, and client-focused demeanor — Must have reliable transportation — Self-motivated and able to work independently — Can work on your feet from 4-8+ hours — Able to lift large boxes and items if necessary
REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
— Must submit at least one photo of a space you have organized — Strong references or portfolio preferred
COMPENSATION
— $25-$28/hr base (higher rate based on knowledge, skills & experience) — Commission opportunities available — Path to higher-level roles including Coordinator positions This is a gig opportunity — flexible scheduling with real earning potential and room to grow with us.
