Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
EcoWater Spokane is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as independent contractor canvassers in Spokane and the surrounding Inland Northwest. We're a local, family-owned and operated business. We've been serving Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho since 1949, helping homeowners improve their water quality with professional water testing, water softeners, water conditioners, reverse osmosis systems, and more. If you enjoy talking with people, working outdoors, creating your own schedule, and earning uncapped income, this could be a great fit for you.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a 1099 Canvasser, you'll represent EcoWater Spokane in local neighborhoods by speaking with homeowners and setting appointments for free in-home water testing consultations. You are not responsible for closing sales. Your primary role is generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our water specialists. If your lead turns into a sale, you will be given a bonus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Canvass residential neighborhoods and community areas Speak with homeowners about water quality concerns and available services Explain who EcoWater Spokane is and what we provide to the community Schedule free water testing appointments Track leads and appointments accurately Represent the company professionally and positively Work independently while meeting weekly goals
REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills Positive attitude and self-motivated mindset Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners Valid driver's license and reliable transportation A smartphone for scheduling and reporting Sales, canvassing, customer service, or door-to-door experience is helpful but not required Must be dependable and professional High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent
COMPENSATION
Independent contractor (1099) Performance-based pay Bonuses available for qualified appointments and completed sales Flexible schedule with full or part-time availability Uncapped earning potential

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is an on-the-road position that involves working outdoors in residential neighborhoods and interacting directly with homeowners.

$35,630/year - $120,000/year
