Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Manager to lead our outreach and sales teams in engaging communities directly at their doorsteps. This dynamic role involves supervising a team of canvassers, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a key driver of our community engagement initiatives, you will inspire your team to achieve sales targets, foster positive relationships, and promote our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Supervise and motivate a team of door-to-door canvassers to meet and exceed sales and fundraising goals Develop strategic canvassing plans to maximize community outreach and engagement Train team members on effective communication, negotiation, and customer service techniques Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities at the community level Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all outreach activities Maintain detailed records of daily activities, sales figures, and community interactions Requirements Proven supervising experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively Experience with door-to-door sales, canvassing, telemarketing or fundraising preferred Bilingual abilities are a plus to engage diverse communities effectively Excellent negotiation skills to secure commitments and build rapport with potential customers or donors Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels Exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, reports, and team logistics Join us in leading impactful community engagement efforts!
