Position Type Full-Time Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation $18.00 per hour base pay Performance bonuses based on successful appointments set for the Sales Manager Position Overview Eclipse Security Professionals is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Canvasser to join our growing team. This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities by conducting in-person outreach to businesses and commercial properties throughout the assigned service area. The Sales Canvasser will introduce prospective clients to our security services, build rapport with decision-makers, and schedule appointments for the Sales Manager to conduct formal consultations and close new business opportunities. This is an ideal role for someone who is outgoing, confident, self-motivated, and comfortable speaking with business owners and property managers face-to-face. Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door and in-person canvassing of businesses and commercial properties Introduce company services in a professional and positive manner Identify potential clients interested in patrol, standing guard, alarm response, or other security services Schedule qualified appointments for the Sales Manager Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and appointments set Follow assigned territories and daily canvassing goals Represent the company professionally at all times Communicate effectively with management regarding leads, client feedback, and market activity Attend team meetings and ongoing training as required Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Previous sales, canvassing, customer service, or marketing experience preferred but not required Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods as needed Preferred Skills Experience in security industry sales or business-to-business outreach Ability to build rapport quickly with business owners and managers Goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-through What We Offer Stable full-time schedule Hourly base pay plus performance bonuses Opportunity for advancement within a growing company Supportive and professional team environment Paid training and ongoing development opportunities
