Responsibilities Schedule appointments with homeowners to assess and quote their interior and exterior painting projectsConduct on-site evaluations, walking through the home with homeowners to gather necessary information for accurate estimatesUtilize our software and quoting calculators to generate detailed quotes on-siteGuide homeowners through the sales process, emphasizing selling and closing estimates on-site with a goal of achieving a 50% closing rateAssist in lead generation through cold calling and door-to-door efforts when not conducting estimates Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution from estimation to completion Requirements Proven experience in sales and or estimating. (Bonus if it's within the trades industry.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with homeowners Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in estimating Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively to close salesExperience or willingness to engage in lead generation activities such as cold calling and door-to-door outreachFamiliarity with using software and quoting calculators for estimating purposesReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseEagerness to learn & willingness to attend sales trainings
