Do you have a magnetic personality and love making connections? We're looking for a local Brand Ambassador to represent Bath Fitter in Northern Wisconsin. This is not a hard-sell job—it's about being a friendly, professional face for our brand in the communities where we live and work.

Your Goal:

You aren't there to close a deal; you're there to start a conversation. You'll walk local neighborhoods to provide information about our remodeling solutions and schedule free, no-obligation consultations for our design team. You will always work in a pair for safety and team morale.

What You'll Do:

Walk assigned routes in neighborhoods surrounding major local events (Celebrate De Pere, Cheese Fest, etc.). Engage with homeowners in a neighborly, professional manner. Book appointments using our simple scheduling system. Represent a brand that has been a household name for 40+ years.

Ideal Candidate:

Extroverted, highly personable, and a "people person." Professional in appearance and demeanor. Comfortable walking and being outdoors for 4-6 hour shifts. Available 20-30 hours per week (Monday-Friday) Why Join Us?
