This Entry Level AT&T Sales Representative role is centered on working directly with local businesses to understand their operational needs, improve communication systems, and recommend services that enhance efficiency. As an Entry Level AT&T Sales Representative, you will focus on building long-term partnerships with local business clients through a consultative approach that prioritizes understanding before recommending solutions. The Entry Level AT&T Sales Representative will manage client interactions, identify opportunities for account expansion, and contribute to consistent sales performance across assigned territories. Entry Level AT&T Sales Representative Key Responsibilities Engage business clients directly to present tailored telecommunications solutions to support sales growth Identify new opportunities through in-person outreach and networking Conduct in-depth needs assessments and recommend solutions aligned with business goals Maintain accurate records of client interactions, tracking progress and ongoing sales activity Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities Collaborate with Entry Level AT&T Sales Representative team members to refine outreach strategies and improve overall sales effectiveness Entry Level AT&T Sales Representative Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills with interest in B2B sales Ability to build and maintain professional relationships in a client-focused sales environment Interest in business development, account management, and long-term sales growth Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset in a performance-based sales environment Team-oriented with a willingness to learn, grow, and succeed in sales
