We're looking for motivated outreach and enrollment representatives to help grow the next generation of skilled tradespeople. This is not a typical sales job. You're not selling a product people don't need, you're helping people change their income, career path, and future. This is a perforance based opportunity with strong earning potential for motivated individuals. The role is results driven and ideal for someone comfortable with outreach, communication, and relationship building. Duties Talk with potential students about their goals and career direction Explain Titan Tech programs and help them understand the value Follow up with leads (calls, texts, social, in-person) Guide prospects through the enrollment process Attend local events, job sites, or community areas to generate interest Work with Titan Tech team to improve messaging and outreach Track leads and enrollments Ideal Candidate Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport quickly Self-motivated and not dependent on being micromanaged Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and honest) Reliable and follows through with leads Open to commission-based income Interest in trades, construction, or service industries is a plus Experience Sales experience is helpful but not required Customer service, recruiting or outreach experience is a plus Trade background is a bonus but not required Compensation This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential. Performance bonuses for high enrollment numbers Top performers can earn $75,000
