Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new business opportunities with contractors, distributors, facility managers, architects, and end-users in commercial/industrial sectors. Present and demonstrate Auroion LED's product line (high bays, linear fixtures, outdoor lights, controls, emergency lighting, etc.). Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling. Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Stay up-to-date on LED lighting technology, energy rebates, and industry trends. Collaborate with the internal team on marketing and customer support. Attend trade shows or client site visits as needed.
Experience:
1+ years of B2B sales experience (lighting, electrical, construction, or building products preferred). Self-motivated with strong closing skills and a hunter mentality. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits. Knowledge of LED lighting, energy efficiency, or the electrical industry is a big plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
