Monday - Friday We helps businesses save money and reduce energy use by upgrading their lighting systems. We provide comprehensive services including site audits, design of energy-efficient solutions, and full installation management for commercial properties like offices, healthcare facilities, and retail spaces.
Position Overview:
This role is split 50/50 between on-site inspections at customer buildings and office work in Hayward, CA. On-site, you'll document existing lighting-taking organized photos, detailing notes, and using technical tools-so we can produce an accurate audit and quote without repeat visits. No prior experience needed, but strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow protocol are essential. Training is on the job, working closely with our Audit Team, starting on smaller sites and working your way up to larger sites. We're a small but fast-growing business, so there's plenty of room for growth if you excel. What We're Looking For:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
