We build real tools that solve real problems — and we only sell what we can stand behind. The Role We're looking for a motivated, high-energy sales rep to represent True Flow Automations in the Redding area. You'll attend BNI meetings, local chamber events, and visit businesses directly to build relationships and set up meetings. This is a people-first role — no hard selling, just genuine conversations with business owners about how we can help them. What You'll Do

• Attend BNI meetings and Shasta County/Chico chamber events
• Visit local businesses door to door to introduce our services and schedule meetings
• Present and demonstrate our AI automation systems to prospects
• Follow up with leads and close deals
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention Compensation

• Base:

  California minimum wage ($17/hr)

• Commission:

  $200
• 400 per closed sale (based on package tier)

• Residual:

  $100 to 150$ a month for every active client you close and retain
• Mileage reimbursement for all business-related driving
• This role builds a book of business — your residual income grows with every client that stays Growth Path This role has a direct path to Regional Sales Rep or Travel Rep as the company expands. What We're Looking For
• Sales experience required
• Must have reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
• High energy, personable, and genuine
• Believes in what they're selling — we'll make sure of that before you start
