The ideal candidate is a sales-oriented professional who excels at generating leads, making outbound calls, building partnerships with local businesses, and maintaining high occupancy levels. The primary goal of this role is to successfully rent all available parking spaces while delivering outstanding customer service and maximizing parking revenue. Key Responsibilities Lease all available parking spaces while maintaining maximum occupancy. Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, walk-in visits, and networking. Contact nearby businesses, apartment communities, commuters, and commercial tenants to promote parking availability. Build partnerships with local companies requiring employee parking. Respond promptly to phone, email, website, and social media inquiries. Conduct site visits and show available parking spaces to prospective customers. Explain rental rates, parking policies, and contract terms. Prepare rental agreements and process new parking rentals. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and signed agreements. Follow up with prospective customers until spaces are leased. Advertise parking availability through online marketplaces and social media platforms. Monitor competitor parking rates and recommend pricing adjustments. Maintain excellent customer relationships and assist with renewals. Coordinate with management regarding occupancy reports and leasing performance. Meet or exceed monthly parking rental targets. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in leasing, sales, business development, or customer service preferred. Experience in property management is an advantage. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Comfortable making high-volume outbound sales calls. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license preferred.
