Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Meeting with homeowners in your assigned territory Scheduling roof inspections and answering customer questions Explaining restoration options in a clear and professional way Managing your customer pipeline from first conversation through project completion Participating in weekly coaching and skill development Every conversation is an opportunity to build confidence, strengthen your sales skills, and create lasting customer relationships. Compensation and Growth Your income reflects your performance, and there is no cap on what you can earn.

First-Year Sales Representatives:

$70,000 to $100,000

Experienced Representatives:

$150,000 to $200,000+

Sales Leaders:
