Job Description

New Century FS is headquartered in Ames, Iowa with branches across Central to Northwest Iowa and Southeast South Dakota. PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Responsible for Lubricant and DEF product delivery along with account maintenance to assigned customers across New Century FS territory. Projects a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction with others.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Markets and ensures efficient delivery of Lubricants, DEF, and other assigned products. Prepare accurate invoices for DEF and other assigned product deliveries and service work promptly to ensure accurate receivables. Works with other company salesmen to increase Lubricants and other assigned product sales and maintain customer satisfaction. Develops and maintains a record of company and customer-owned tanks and equipment. Ensures accurate communication of all relevant information around inventory management and billing of products and services. Installs and maintains customer and company Lubricant and other assigned product systems. Adheres to the company credit policy. Maintains department equipment and vehicles for safe and proper operating conditions. May be required to help other departments within New Century
FS. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA, and DOT policies and procedures as they apply. Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Usually, it requires a high school diploma or equivalent and/or 1-2 years of related work experience to demonstrate knowledge and skills regarding DEF systems. Demonstrated essential abilities in business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development. Frequently exposed to extreme weather conditions. Occasional exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record. Ability to work hours other than those considered normal. Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures, and additional training related to the position's requirements. Requires a valid Class A CDL and the ability to maintain a CDL. Frequently required to lift 51 to 70 lbs.
