Job Description

The Energy Sales & Delivery Specialist is responsible for both driving energy sales growth and executing safe, timely delivery of refined fuels and propane products. This role combines customer relationship management, territory sales development, and hands-on delivery operations to ensure a high level of service and operational efficiency.
Essential Duties:
Sales & Account Management Develop and maintain customer relationships within assigned territory to drive sales of propane, refined fuels, and lubricants. Conduct on-site visits, prospecting calls, and follow-ups to identify customer needs and provide tailored energy solutions. Create and execute territory sales plans to meet volume and margin goals. Prepare proposals, generate referrals, and utilize marketing programs to grow business. Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline tracking, and required sales documentation. Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to leadership. Delivery & Operations Safely operate and maintain commercial vehicles to deliver propane and refined fuels in compliance with DOT and company standards. Load, transport, and unload products using proper equipment and procedures. Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure accurate and timely service. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues. Maintain accurate delivery, mileage, and service records. Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and internal teams to coordinate deliveries.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience:
2-5 years of energy sales, delivery, or related industry experience preferred
Computer Skills:
Competent in
MS Office and Microsoft Outlook Certificates & Licenses:
Valid Class B driver's license with Hazmat required
Working Conditions:
May be exposed to dust, noise, heat, cold, ag chemicals, and vapors, and moving machinery. May be required to work long hours, as well as work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
