Position Overview Koi Inc is seeking motivated D2D Full-Cycle Sales Agents to generate new business opportunities, educate potential customers, and guide prospects through the entire sales process from initial conversation to completed enrollment or sale. This is a year-round opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and controlling their income through performance. As a Full-Cycle Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for prospecting, presenting solutions, handling objections, closing sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Prospect & Generate New Business Engage directly with potential customers in assigned territories Conduct face-to-face outreach and customer acquisition activities Build rapport and establish trust quickly Identify customer needs and qualify opportunities Full Sales Cycle Management Deliver concise and effective sales presentations Educate customers on products and service offerings Handle objections confidently and professionally Guide customers through the enrollment or purchasing process Close sales and maintain strong conversion performance Customer Relationship Building Create positive customer experiences Represent Koi Inc and client brands professionally Maintain strong communication throughout the sales process Generate referrals and repeat opportunities when applicable Personal Performance & Development Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs Develop advanced sales, communication, and leadership skills Take ownership of personal growth and performance metrics What We're Looking For Core Qualities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive attitude and coachability Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Strong work ethic and personal accountability Resilience and persistence when facing rejection Ability to work independently while contributing to team success Competitive spirit and desire to succeed Sales & Customer Interaction Skills Ability to deliver a concise and compelling sales presentation Comfortable handling objections and navigating customer concerns Strong relationship-building abilities Professional and confident communication style Customer-focused approach to sales Physical Requirements Comfortable walking for extended periods throughout the day Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable engaging customers face-to-face throughout assigned territories Preferred Experience Previous experience in any of the following is highly valued: Door-to-door sales Retail sales Customer service Direct sales Appointment setting Lead generation Brand promotion Hospitality Face-to-face customer interaction However, we are willing to train highly motivated candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
