Vivid Dynamics USA is building a next-generation brokerage focused on helping everyday people and businesses access smarter, more affordable energy and technology solutions. We're hiring driven individuals to join our team as Community Advocates —connecting homeowners and business owners with programs like: Community Solar (save on power with no upfront cost) Residential Energy Supply Options Business Energy, Internet & AI Solutions This is not a desk job. This is for people who want to get out, connect, and earn based on performance —while actually helping people lower their bills.

Compensation:
Commission-based (uncapped) Average reps: $1,000-$2,500+ per week Paid weekly Bonuses + leadership overrides available
What You'll Do:
Engage with homeowners and business owners in your community Educate on energy-saving programs and service options Help customers enroll in qualified programs Build your own pipeline and referrals
