This role is commission only and offers an exciting opportunity to develop new business, manage key accounts, and expand our presence across diverse territories. You will be at the forefront of delivering tailored solutions to clients, leveraging your outside sales skills and technical knowledge to close deals and build lasting relationships. Responsibilities Actively pursue new business opportunities through, lead generation, and territory management to expand our customer base. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase portable building solutions that meet client needs. Manage existing accounts with a focus on upselling, customer service, and long-term relationship building to maximize sales potential. Develop strategic marketing plans and utilize CRM software like Salesforce for tracking leads, managing sales pipelines, and analyzing market trends. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and post-sales support for clients across assigned territories. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory insights to optimize future outreach efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, or technical sales within the construction, management, or related industries. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales and lead generation initiatives effectively. Familiarity platforms for account management and analysis skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster trust and close deals confidently. Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos, perform territory management, and execute direct sales strategies. Knowledge of marketing techniques relevant to retail sales environments and inside/outside sales approaches.
